There is macutil package on INFO-MAC, check your favorite mirror
site. I used

This package has hexbin program which converts BinHex format to
whatever you want, couple utilities for macbinary format and extraction
utility for StuffIt files (although it does not understand the latest
versions). I had an idea in the back of my mind to compile them on my
mac, but I never came to this.
