aps disk tools are becoming increasigly harder to find.  I was able to 
locate aps powertools 3.5 which had much of the same functionality but 
won't allow you to set the root & usr partition above 50 megs which 
doesn't allow the installation to work.  The faq should be modified to 
say at least 70 or 80 megs.  Additionally, the ftp sites for aps 273 is 
not on those sites anymore.
