I made again a few improvements, e.g. fixed the code for the use of prototypes,
cut/copy/paste work now in dialogs, command keys work if the front window is a
dialog and it's possible to log the booters output to a file. I'll prepare a
package and put it up to
ftp://ftp.trier.fh-rpl.de/pub/incoming/booter-1.9.2.tar.gz tomorrow.

I didn't get any response from Brian, yet, so I assume it whould be best if at
one time only one person works on the booter code. I'm still unsure about I
have to solve the LCII problems in the booter or in the kernel. It will be no
problem to put the further changes (if any) into the booter after you have
finished your changes for the serial stuff.

Additional I'll send a binary of the current version to Allen requesting him to
put it onto puma's ftp archive.
