Well, it looks like my patch has already been included in -current, but I
can upload a kernel to puma anyways if it's okay with Allen. It'd be
interesting to see if ADB works on the 840av now. I don't think
anything'll be different for non-AV machines though; the main thing I did
was just to find the locations of some ADB routines in the AV ROM.
