You don't have 32-bit addressing on.  You __MUST__ have 32-bit addressing 
turned on before you can boot NetBSD.  (If you a Mac II, IIx, IIcx, or 
SE/30 this means you must have MODE32 installed and turned on in addition 
to have 32-bit mode enabled in the Memory control panel.)
