I've had similar problems with Booter 1.9.3beta1, the version which can
do neat things w/ the serial ports (once the kernel gets updated a
smidgeon). It's 1.9.2 except for the new variables for serial ports.

I've NOT had problems on my IIsi, and have on the SE/30 I just got working.
What kind of system are you running? The IIsi is running a full 7.1
install, while the SE/30 is running a SE/30 minimum install.

Is your system a minimum too?
