Since I forgot to mention him in the commit messages, I'd like to
publically thank Takashi HAMADA <pm6@next.etron.kanazawa-it.ac.jp>
for the info necessary to support the PB500-series machines.  This code
has not been committed to the 1.2 tree, but I did want to say something
about it before I forgot again. :-)
