Just dial in to the same number, type 'CIS' at the hostname prompt, and
then type your username and password. Once on type 'go mail' to get to
your mail, and type 'off' to sign off. You can do all this with any
normal terminal emulator, TTY, VT100, and so on. (PS: Do not type the
'/go:pppconnect' after your user name.)
Using NetBSD you should be able to setup a dialer and so on to allow
you to use 'tip', I think? I am rusty on my Unix (been a few years) and
have just installed NetBSD a week ago so I cant help you there.

Try one of the search engines on the Web. Search for 'service',
'provider', and so on (this works well for many US cities).
Good luck,
