Well, it did it again. Screwed up, that is.

I think the first time when it screwed up (before I re-installed NetBSD) 
was actually about the 3rd boot, and this time it screwed up at my 3rd 
multi-user boot.

At first, I got an error, and it booted me into single user instead of 
multi-user. I ran fsck -p. It said to run it manually. I did, answered 
yes to all questions. (This was boot #4.)

I rebooted with reboot -n (like the FAQ says).

It rebooted. I got the same error. It had something to do with 
/dev/rsd1a, so I decided to try using the Installer and re-install the 
devices. 

I boot the 5th and last time. Here's the current screen (these are the 
errors I've been getting):

Then it boots into single user. I did changed myname, but it's booted 
fine before (even though BIND still can't assign the address, at least 
not yet). What I'm worried about is the line right before "Enter pathname 
of shell..." That's where it's been erroring since my 4th boot.
