Thanks to all those for the information they've sent! However, I think I'm
only a little less confused about IIsi/IIci. There's a IIsi where I work and
I might be able to run MacsBug on it in the next couple of days to confirm
a hunch I have.

I think I'm going to have to proceed on to the driver code once I figure out
the IIsi/IIci. Once that's done I'll see what goes on. I'd like to get more
machines working but I've noticed I have only a few weeks left before December
rolls around and I go back to grad school.

I'd like to get at least a functioning intvidtest kernel and perhaps a HOWTO
on how to add code for video on other machines. All of this has to happen
before I go back to grad school because I fear I won't have much time to
toy with the kernel then :)
