Set the GMT bias in the "Booting..." dialog of the booter, the setting is
in minutes(-480 for PST, -300 for EST). '/etc/localtime' should be linked
to the correct file in '/usr/share/zoneinfo' of course. On my mac 'date'
gives me "Wed Oct 30 23:27:19 PST 1996" which is correct(I just rebooted
into MacOS, so I am writing this somewhat later than that).
