I've never tried this before, but I can speculate: there is an option
in the booter for a partition name.  Perhaps you could simply name
your partitions, using the partitioning utility, and keep two sets of
Booter pref files, each specifying a different partition name.  I have
no idea if that will work; just an idea.  Good luck!
