Though it is not a topic of discussion for this list, would anybody mind
explaining to me, why this happens? It is now the second time since I
joined the list this summer that news@leaf.maple.or.jp is doing this.

Who is in position to do something against it? Should I contact the news
administrator at that site, and if so, what would his email address be?
