ok, i feel somewhat embarassed to ask, but where do i specify the address
of a gateway in a pppd setup? i don't have it in /etc/ppp/options.
i think i remember setting it a long time ago with my previous ISP, but i
changed ISP's, and i can't remember where i set it.
the address keeps showing up when i connect:
     ppp0 <-> /dev/tty00
     local ip address: x.x.x.x
     remote ip address: x.x.x.x
i'd like to know how i can reset the remote ip address.
