Probably you should download the one compiled by Scott Reynolds
uploaded on ftp.netbsd.org.

If it doesn't work for you (though I suspect it does), then you might
want to replace the X server with the one found at
ftp://ftp.macbsd.com/pub/NetBSD/X/colorkit/.
