Or lack thereof --

I've tried the Takashi kernel, the Daishi kernel, the ADBTEST160 kernel --
None of them will boot my poor Duo 230!!

I created a single root FS
I installed the base12 and etc12 packages
I built the devices
I got Booter 1.9.4
I installed the 3 kernels above

Still no luck!

The daishi and ADB kernels hang after a bunch of adb:cleanup:nothing returned
messages

The Takashi kernel hangs after the first "preserving memory" message 
(is it just slow?  Should I be waiting longer at this point?)

I NEVER get any serial output of any kind no matter the options  I try.
Is that to be expected?

What have I missed?
