Yes, there is if you have the right video card.  I don't know which
video card is the "right" one for the IIcx, though.  Someone here with
a IIcx might be able to give you some help on choosing one.

I myself have succeeded to run a few color kernels on my SE/30 with a
Micron XCEED SE/30 (a discontinued card), but right now, the SE/30's
only PDS slot is occupied by a Kinetics EtherPort SE/30 card, so I'm
not running color X on it anymore.
