i get these errors whenever i open the MacBSD installer utility, and they
sometimes come in 2 or 3, not just 1. the drive works fine though, perfectly
maybe' it's a flaw in the installer utility...i think i remember getting
the same error before the drive was formatted with the "Mkfs" utility.
i guess you shouldn't worry about it if you are able to install it...that's
what i did, and i'm quite content with my system.
by the way, the #5 does not imply SCSI ID #5....this number problem
confused me for awhile too....i figured it out after awhile. (so the zip
drive problem might not apply...unless it's a general zip drive thingy i
don't know)
have you tried installing it (ignoring the error)?
