Current status:

ADB: working
Intvid: working
SCSI: not working

Of course NCRSCSI yields bad blocks (haven't tested a -current with
NCRSCSI because I don't even need to...).  The sbc kernels yield:
(at the end of an fsck on the root partition)

sbc0: can not transfer more data
sbc0: aborting, but phase=DATA_OUT (reset)
sbc0: reset SCSI bus for TID=0 LUN=0
panic: ncr5380_scsi_cmd: polled request, abort failed
Stopped at      _Debugger+0x6:  unlk    a6
db>

Any ideas?  (This occurred immediately after telling it to salvage the
summary information.)  Are there any jumper settings I should change
on the drive (it's a quantum 540 meg internal)?

Thankfully, I can always mkfs from scratch any time, since it's no longer
a regularly-used system....

In the future, I'll avoid sending traces to the entire list, but I'm not
sure who's working on what in the scsi area anymore....
