Hello!
I installed NetBSD 1.2 with the GENERIC-21 kernel two days ago. It first
worked fine and I booted the system 4-5 times without problems.
Today, without having modified anything, I can't boot it any more. I get
the following message when I try to.
Jan 23 06:12:29 init: fatal signal: Segmentation fault
panic: init died (signal 0, exit 11)
stopped at: _Debugger+0x6: unlk a6
It looks a lot like Stephen R. Lasky's problems. But I'm using the last
kernel "GENERIC-21" I got it at this site:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/kernels/
and use the 1.9.4 Booter. So the trouble don't seems to come from the
Booter or kernel version.
Do somebody know what could cause this "Segmentation fault, init died" error=
?
Thanks for any help.
Bye!
Olivier
