Just an update:
        I have noticed on Quadra 660 av that if NetBSD freezes after
starting the kernel, all I have to do is zap the PRAM and it boots just
fine.  I usually use this fix when it stops booting because of a video
error.  Anybody have any ideas why this fix works?
