hi. i got and installed sbc-11 and it works fine. it has nfs support and i
tested it from my SGI irix 4 account and mounted my netbsd machine fine.
however, trying to do the reverse no longer works: if i try to mount my
irix account onto my netbsd system, it comes up saying the program version
is wrong. I've had this happen before with nfs-43 kernel.
i suspect, that since it is EXPORTING fine, that sbc-11 is behaving itself
and the nfs is being done right, however, since my mount command is no
longer mounting nfs correctly from the SGI, i suspect either
- the nfs client part is wrong in sbc-11 (if there is such a part)
- or the mount program is no longer talking to the kernel right
any suggestions? nfs serving works, client no longer works. whe i was
using generic 47 it was the reverse.
TIA
