Is /usr/export a separate filesystem?
	If so try 

		/usr/home skeezix
		/usr/export -maproot=root -alldirs phydeaux

	If not try

		/usr	-maproot=root -alldirs phydeaux skeezix

	Once oyu have something working then try refining :)
