A few months back, I was trying to get netbsd to boot, with no luck. I
gave up beacuse I thought it might have been because I only had 4mb of
ram, or beacuse of my video card. Now, i've upgraded to 8MB and
installed an apple 8 bit video card, and it still wont boot. It gets the
the part where its supposed to clear the screen, but instead it just
freezes. I do have the PMMU installed, i'm running system 7.5.5, I have
mode32 7.5 installed, 32-bit addressing is on, VM/ram doubler is off,
and SCSI is terminated. I've disconnected my hard drive and put it on
an LC475, and it was able to at least clear the screen, so I know the
kernel isn't corrupted. Anyone able to help?
