What does _this_ refer to?  If you mean X windows in general...yes, X 
does work on the Quadras, providing you're using the latest round of 
kernels, or one of Steve Brown's special kernels.  However, color X only 
works on NuBus-based video.  Color on internal video is not supported yet.
