You should probably just stay subscribed to this list...people who compile
kernels usually post every few weeks when a new one is available.  If
you're interested in seeing what changes are actually made and when, just
subscribe to source-changes@netbsd.org, although I'll warn you, this list
generates a lot of traffic that you'll care nothing about ;-)
