On my site http://www.elfi.adbkons.se/~rat/netbsd/pub you can download a
precompiled perl-5.003 distribution. To install it just hit tar xfvz
perl-5.003.tar.gz. Then do a cd perl-5.003 and type "make install;make
install.man".
