Hello!
I have finaly managed to get my own kernel compiled with everythign
necesarily to get the Classic II running on NetBSD-1.2.1. However, I am
now getting some errors that I did not have before, and am curious if
anyone can help me out with them. My previous kernel was NetBSD-1.2
ADBTEST#160.
On Boot Errors:
sd1: mode sense (4) returned nonsense; using fictitious geometry
sd3: mode sense (4) returned nonsense; using fictitious geometry
...
can't find device 0/0
Program Errors:
dmesg: magic number incorrect
I have also seen UFS report an I/O error once or twice, but did not catch
it to jot it down - I just assumed it was from unclean disks.
The system does seem to boot up, however, in single user mode, I have had
it lockup under fsck after the mode sense error.
Any ideas? My kernel configuration follows. I am newish to MacBSD, so if
I have left something out that I should have for a Classic II, please let
me know (also if I can tkae something out to reduce kernel size).
The patches I have installed are:
intvidtest.0.4.1
adbpatch.164
