The dormouse kernel does support color X on nubus video cards.
It's based on patches originally written by Taras Ivanenko.

However, Taras has written a LKM(loadable kernel module) that
gives the same functionality and can be used with any recent
kernel that is compiled with the correct options. That is
the preferred method of grabbing this. I took a quick glance
and don't see this in the FAQ. (Perhaps I'm looking in the
wrong place). Anyway, someone will probably post with the
correct address for that LKM.

p.s. If you really want the dormouse kernel, it's at:

	<ftp://ftp.best.com/pub.s/sbrown/NetBSD/kernels/dormouse#2.tar.gz>

	As mentioned, it's only nubus. If you're on internal video,
	you have to wait until Michael Zucca finishes his work on that
	(Though by all accounts it will be well worth the wait).
