Good idea. And if I create a new resolv.conf with my _actual_ IP
address for each login, then I need not worry about using the
loopback address! (Why didn't I think of that?)
But I'm still wondering why pppd hangs for so long with 127.0.0.1
in resolv.conf... Why would pppd care what nameserver I'm using?
