...not really :-) Well, there was one that had DMA, I think (IIvx?),
and the Quadras have an NCR53c9x, but I don't think all of them have
DMA engines... maybe only the AV models? Dunno.. I'm not really a Mac
expert :-)

...could be just differences in defaults... or, hm, doens't amd actaully
invoke the "mount_nfs" command? Anyhow, just configure it to use a privvied
port... that is the default in more recent versions of NetBSD-current...
