Yeah, that's the onboard ethernet...

Hmmm...the complete lack of any useful output after the nubus0 line is a
little disturbing...

This might indicate some sort of problem, although I'm not sure what
(probably just that your ethernet interface isn't properly configured at
some point).

At the moment, I'd suggest trying a -current kernel. If I remember
correctly, the MADHATTER changes have gone into -current as of a couple of
months ago, so you should see the same functionality (i.e. X ;-) as with
the MADHATTER kernels.
