As far as I know, the IIx and the IIcx are exactly the same.  The cx just
has 3 nubus slots, as opposed to the x's 6.  The x was in a II box, the cx
used the same box as the then upcoming ci.  I have actually never seen an x,
but the MacLinux project has found that no changes are necessary for running
an x as opposed to a cx.  This says nothing about the hardware, though, just
it's interfacing.  We determined these suffixes: c = compact, x = it's an
030, i = internal video/RBV.  I have no knowledge of any hardware
differences between the x and cx.  (hope this helps)
