I just wanted to let you know that you don't need a Submitter-Id. In fact,
no one uses them. Just throw in "net", the default, and you're fine.

I actually just sent in a PR regarding this documentation weakness. :-)
I was puzzled by it my first time, too.

Just send in the PR. Or, if John's around, he might be able to help.
