In-bound and steady, I'd say somewhere around 38.4 kBaud. I've FTP'd stuff
from a Pentium at 38.4 w/o problem. At 57.6, I got errors.

If they are bothering to externally clock, then they are doing something
above 230 kBaud. We'd need to be in polling mode to receive at that
rate.
