I tried the patch on my Centris 660av, and it seems to be working fine...
I don't have any exotic SCSI hardware though. Quantum Fireball 540S, IBM
DFHS S2F, Quantum Lightning 730S, and a Sony CDU-8003A CDROM.

I don't notice any speed difference; I guess that's because the AVs don't
have DAFB?
