simply said, that error means that the Booter couldn't find the kernel on
the specified SCSI device.

check that the drive is turned on, connected to the SCSI chain, terminated
properly, and that you have the right SCSI ID setup in the "booting..."
menu option.

right now, it thinks the root&usr partition resides on SCSI ID=2. is that
the case? most internal hard drives are set to SCSI ID 0 by default. If you
don't know, or can't find out, download the utility "SCSIProbe" from
hyperarchive.lcs.mit.edu. i use it myself and it is a very good utility.

also, remember to click the "NetBSD" radio button rather than the "MacOS"
one in describing the kernel location.
