Well, I don't have an Alpha, don't use one, and don't have any plans for
getting one in the near future, so I'm not subscribed to port-alpha.
However, I may want to find some Alpha users to test some changes to a
machine-independent driver, so I'd like to send a message to port-alpha
soliciting testers.

Anyways, I prefer the current list policy.
