No, have not.  It does work when I use the B&W monitor on a
IIx.  But, it also worked on the IIx when it was full of memory in
color mode.  Now, that I've taken one bank of memory off of it
it no longer works in color.....on anything I have!  I think you're
on to something about the firmware on this older card.  Its an
Apple HiRes (hic!) but really old (maybe the initial version).  The
others I have are later models of that same card, and they do work
with only one bank in place, where this one doesn't.  Actually, the
reason I took the memory off and put it on a later version was to
use it on a later card anyway.  But then, along came the IIsi :)
