Did you get and install a kernel? The booter is telling you that it could
not find a booter, assuming you told the booter to look on the correct
drive, the most likely cause of this error is that you failed to install a
kernel. Kernels usually have names like netbsd121 or generic121 or
genericsbc121 or things like that and are usually about 500k - 1.2Meg or so
depending on weather it is compressed.
