I just ftp-ed three packages to /pub/incoming on ftp.macbsd.com

	The first is version 2 of BooterManual.html which is the first
update since Brian's inital version for Booter 1.9.4. It now contains
a few screen shots and links to TO-DO and ChaneLog files from the src
archive. It should probably live in its own directory (un-tarr-ing will
create a directory 'booter-manual').

	The second is the src code package for the latest booter.
It also contains the newer BooterManual.html, so don't bother ftp-ing
both of them.

	The third package contains the latest Booter and a SimpleText
version of the HTML document. This Booter contains some user interface
changes, and the fix for booting on the IIvx.


	Could the WWW/FTP server maintainers please:
a) Update the BooterManual to the contents of the first package
b) Make the second and third packages available for FTPing
