I think you are looking at the solution here... ("hosted" must be typo
for "horsed", isn't it?)  Is LCII's ROM 32-bit clean?  If not, install
MODE32 (you can get it from somewhere on ftp.apple.com), turn on
32-bit addressing mode before booting NetBSD, and try it again.
