Correct me if I'm wrong anyone, but it looks like you didn't actually
install the kernel - In addition to the "base" and so one distributions,
you have to install a kernel in the / directory. It'll be on the standard
ftp sites, called netbsd, or netbsd-GENERIC-whatever - Or possibly you
have a kernel, but it is not named "netbsd" and you didn't specify the
name in the booter.
