I'm trying to do this, but mkfs is not recognizing anything but
SCSI ID #3 which is my internal CD-ROM drive. I have my internal (SCSI ID
#0) partitioned (140MB set aside for the install), but I have MacOS 8
installed on my Mac partition and formatted with Drive Setup 1.3. Could
this be causing the lack of recognition on the part of mkfs?

Thank you. This is exactly what I'm looking for, but I missed in
my eagerness to download the binaries and utilities. As soon as I get mkfs
to recognize my internal hard drive I'll let you know how smoothly the
install and run goes.
