	Using this will just tell ld where the X libraries are located. X
gets some of the info it needs to run from these libraries, so it needs to
be able to find them for X to work at all.

	To test this, at your prompt (make sure you are su) type: 

# ldconfig -m /usr/X11R6/lib

	You could do that every time you boot, or add that line to
rc.local as the FAQ describes, and it will be done automagically everytime
you boot. If you want more info on it, check out the manual page for
ldconfig. You could also create a file called ld.so.conf in your /etc
directory. It does not come with the distribution, as of my 971004-current
snapshots which I am running now, but you can create one yourself. I use
the rc.local method, but I think just adding the line

/usr/X11R6/lib

	to that file should do basically the same thing. I hope this
