The above looks fine, but just wondering, what version of NetBSD are you
using?

Could you copy down and post to us the _exact_ error message? I have a
feeling that you're using a kernel that is old enough that it didn't have
LKM's enabled by default (I believe that 1.2.x was this way). If you try
a newer kernel (like 1.3_BETA), you might have better luck.
BTW, what kind of Mac are you using, and what kind of video card does it
have?
