If you have only the one CD, it'll be cd0.  Excerpt from 'dmesg' on
my machine:

cd0 at scsibus0 targ 3 lun 0: <SONY, CD-ROM CDU-8003A, 1.8f> SCSI2 5/cdrom remov
able
cd1 at scsibus0 targ 6 lun 0: <MATSHITA, CD-R   CW-7501, 2.00> SCSI2 5/cdrom rem
ovable

In this case, I have a CDROM named cd0 at scsi id 3 and a CDR named cd1
at scsi id 6.
