A better use of resources would be to get the sysinst utility, which recently
became part of NetBSD (during the 1.3 ALPHA freeze), to work with port-mac68k.

My idea'd be that the user'd set up the initial file system, and cpin base.tgz.
Then fire sysinst up and do the install from the pre-loaded file.

sysinst should be working great. I tried beta copies (on i386 and
pmax), and ran into problems which have since been fixed. My only
complaint with it was that it'd not trust you to do the right thing.
I couldn't pick "dangerous" options as it was protecting me. Good
for novice users, but frustrating for me. :-)

Take care,
