You could ftp a new copy off of ftp.netbsd.org....take a look in

ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-current/src/

It's somewhere under there, I believe.  If you still have the install
binaries around, you could also extract it from the base.tgz archive...
