Here's another test result regarding the adb init hang on a IIcx when
booting the 1.3 release GENERIC#56 kernel.  I swapped out my KeyTronic
MacPro extended keyboard with an Apple Keyboard II, and now adb init
succeeds!  The keyboard is properly identified as "keyboard II" and
the rest of the boot continues successfully.  So it looks like the
problem is related to the devices on the ADB bus.
